As part of this project, accompanying measures are being implemented to optimise and further develop BMZ-funded projects run by the German Sparkassenstiftung. For the BMZ portfolio "Cooperation with the private sector", the topics "Strategy", "Communication and Brand" and "Monitoring and Evaluation" were defined as pillars of the strategic realignment. The project serves to build a bridge between these topics and the individual BMZ-funded projects of DSIK
The project activities serve to promote economic cooperation for prosperity and sustainability through the BMZ-funded projects of DSIK in its partner countries.
Tasks
- Improving the project management of BMZ-financed projects within the framework of the BMZ guidelines (e.g. regular updates to the BMZ handbook)
- Further development and global use of sustainable finance tools and business games
- Identification of new project approaches by the DSIK (fact-finding missions)
- Systematization of monitoring processes
- Implementation of a program evaluation
