Since the foundation of the German Sparkassenstiftung, more than 2,000 Sparkasse employees have been deployed abroad in more than 100 countries. Currently, 340 staff members are engaged in financial inclusion projects worldwide.

We have three different job profiles:

Consultants (m/f/d) work on a contract basis for one to several years in direct cooperation with our local project partners and representatives of German organisations abroad.

Short-term Consultants (m/f/d) support our ongoing projects for one to two weeks with their specific banking and Sparkassen knowledge.

In addition, we offer junior short-term consultants (m/f/d) as part of our personnel development program in cooperation with the Förderkolleg of the Stiftung für Wissenschaft. During a placement of about two months, participants can get a first impression of our projects abroad.
