Contact persons in the project offices
In many regions, German Sparkassenstiftung for International Cooperation (DSIK) needs to have a local presence in order to implement its projects successfully. This is the only way it can promote awareness of its work and maintain close contacts with its various partner institutions.
DSIK's project offices are managed by long-term experts who are responsible for implementing project activities on site. As a rule, they are assisted by specialists who travel to the project country for a certain period of time to advise on specific topics.
On site, DSIK also works with highly qualified local staff members whose knowledge of local conditions is vital for the development and rollout of practice-oriented solutions in our partner institutions.
