Project description The purpose of SBFIC’s project activities with Teba Bank was to help the bank harness new markets. The key target groups are small and middle-income earners along with small companies in mining towns with no or only limited access to the formal banking sector. The focus of co-operation was on support for internal structures (in particular human resource management and information technology, cost accounting and management information systems), product development and on enhancing co-operation with the bank’s external partners.
