The programme "Utilization and Implementation of the Association Agreement between the EU and Ukraine in the field of trade" will support the financing of investment projects of Ukrainian micro-, small and medium-sized enterprises in war conditions - in particular, will compensate up to 30% of the cost of eligible projects. The focus of support of the project “Access to Finance and SME Resilience” is be on both relocated and non-relocated enterprises that plan to make investments in productive assets or need liquidity to cover essential working capital needs.

Financing is provided by the German government. The initiative will be implemented by the German government company Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in partnership with the German Sparkassenstiftung, the Business Development Fund and, at the first stage, with two Ukrainian banks - Bank Lviv and Oschadbank.

Програма «Застосування та імплементація Угоди про асоціацію між Європейським Союзом та Україною у сфері торгівлі» підтримуватиме фінансування інвестиційних проєктів українських мікро-, малих та середніх підприємств в умовах війни – зокрема, компенсуватиме до 30% вартості прийнятних проєктів. Проєкт «Доступ до фінансування та підтримка стійкості ММСП» спрямований на підтримку як переміщених, так і не переміщених підприємств, які планують інвестувати у виробничі активи або потребують ліквідності для покриття основних потреб в оборотному капіталі.

Фінансування надано урядом Німеччини. Ініціативу реалізовуватиме Німецька федеральна компанія Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH у партнерстві з German Sparkassensestiftung, Фондом розвитку підприємництва та, на першому етапі, з двома українськими банками – Банком Львів та Ощадбанком.
