Consulting and institutional strengthening of different training facilities of the financial institutions in Serbia, Georgia and Azerbaijan

Project description

The project aims to strengthen the training facilities in the named countries to meet the challenges of the pertaining financial sector, to qualify specialised staff and managers of financial institutions to cope with the requirements imposed by the financial crisis and thus to contribute to the stabilisation of the financial system and to ensure that small-scale enterprises in the named countries will be able to deal with secure and functioning financial institutions in their capacity as bank customers.

Consulting of the institutions with special focus on optimisation of product range, support to training needs analysis and other tasks relevant for the pertaining institution

Preparation and execution of a series of specialised seminars on core topics of the banking business:
