Project description

As a member of a consortium spearheaded by the European Savings Banks Group, the Sparkassenstiftung actively supported the establishment of the UFBS. Based on an extensive training needs analysis, the logistical preconditions for the execution of training measures were created. The Sparkassenstiftung was actively involved in the training of trainers and lecturers and the elaboration of curricula, seminars and distance learning courses. The UFBS succeeded in establishing as well-known provider of training and seminars for bank staff and junior bank managers within Kiev and throughout the country. The UFBS closely co-operates with the training centres of the Ukrainian National Bank and other renowned training institutions.
