Strengthening of Teba Bank Ltd.

概述

The purpose of SBFIC’s project activities with Teba Bank was to help the bank harness new markets. The key target groups are small and middle-income earners along with small companies in mining towns with no or only limited access to the formal banking sector. The focus of co-operation was on support for internal structures (in particular human resource management and information technology, cost accounting and management information systems), product development and on enhancing co-operation with the bank’s external partners.
